Restoration Community Development Corporation’s mission is to ensure quality community service programs that empower, strengthen and preserve families.  It furthermore aims to identify needs and improve the quality of life for residents of Anne Arundel County by filling in service gaps. RCDC is a non-profit Minority operated organization that has extensive experience delivering both health promotion messages and supportive service through grassroots community outreach.

RCDC has two components:

  • Family Support includes Mentoring, Youth Development, Eldercare, and Parenting Programs.

  • Healthy Lifestyles includes Cancer and Tobacco use Prevention, and H20 4-Life Adolescent Recovery Clubhouses. 

RCDC has served Anne Arundel County for over 24 years and continues to empower the community by various outreach efforts and developing partnerships in areas of Health, Substance Use, Education, Communities of Faith, Homelessness, and Mental Health.
